The Problem with the Ordinary AI Agency Model
Most AI companies sell tools, build demos, and move on. The problem is not the technology — it is the model. When engineers work off-site, when requirements come from a brief instead of from watching real work, when success is measured in features delivered and not in business outcomes — the gap between what was built and what was needed is almost always fatal.

The requirement brief is never the real requirement. The real requirement is discovered when you sit next to the person doing the job, watch where they pause, ask why they built the workaround in cell E47 of the spreadsheet. We do that before we touch a keyboard.
